Good Afternoon, Coronation Families,

As my grandfather used to say, today would be a great day for ducks! Unfortunately, it isn’t the kind of day where student drop-off and pick-up are made easy. As our weather begins to change, we will also need to make changes to our drop-off and pick-up procedures. Starting on Monday, October 19th, we will be making some adjustments. You may have noticed white footprints have been painted on the tarmac near the door that your child enters. Each class (Grade 1 – 6) has a designated classroom spot on the tarmac. It is labelled with their room number and footprints. When you are dropping off your child(ren) in the morning, please bring them to their designated area on the tarmac. At the end of the day, you may also go to this designated area for their pick up. Teachers will be practicing these new routines with their classes, tomorrow, so when you come to school on Monday, your child should be able to tell you where to find their designated classroom spot.

Parents of kindergarten children, your pick-up and drop-off spots remain the same.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school.
