Happy Monday, Coronation Families,
You may have noticed an exciting change on our upper field playground. Our new Gaga Ball Pit has been installed and is already bringing lots of curiosity and enthusiasm. At this time, classes may use the pit to play Gaga Ball during Gym or for Daily Physical Activity; however, for now, we are not playing games of Gaga Ball during Nutrition Break. This will allow everyone to be comfortable with the rules and game play.
Families are welcome to enjoy the Gaga Ball Pit on evenings and weekends. We do ask that it be treated as a children’s play space — dogs are not permitted inside the pit, and it is not intended as a dog play area.
We also have a new sandbox in our courtyard, another wonderful addition and just like our Gaga Ball pit, was also built by Fred’s Fences. While the cover is still on its way, the sandbox is open and available for use. Both additions have already brought a lot of excitement, and we are looking forward to seeing our students continue to enjoy them.

Messages from the Office
Welcome to Our New Coronation Team Members
We are pleased to welcome three new members to our Coronation community.
Revathi P has joined us as an Elementary Supervision Monitor (ESM) and will be supporting student supervision during both nutrition breaks.
Fidha K has also joined us as an Elementary Supervision Monitor (ESM) and will be supervising during our second nutrition break.
We are also excited to welcome Tayyeba H, who will be joining Coronation as our new permanent Library Clerk beginning Monday, December 1st.
Each of these individuals brings warmth, care, and a strong commitment to supporting students. We are happy to have them with us and look forward to the positive impact they will make in our school community.
School Council Update
Thank you to all of the families who joined us for Family Movie Night. It was wonderful to see so many students, siblings, and caregivers spending time together, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to come out and support Coronation. A big thank you as well to our School Council for organizing the event and handling all of the details that helped the evening run smoothly.
We also want to share a few upcoming School Council dates.
Our next School Council meeting will be Tuesday, December 10th from 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Our next Council event is the Holiday Store. It will take place on Wednesday, December 11th, and Coronation and School Council will be accepting donations for the Holiday Store from Monday, December 1st until Tuesday, December 9th.
I wanted to share with families that I have now begun my leave of absence for surgery. During this time, I am happy to welcome Principal Heather Kruis, who will be supporting Coronation in my absence.
Thank you to the many families who have reached out with kind messages and well wishes. I truly appreciate your care. I look forward to returning in January and reconnecting with our students, staff, and families.
